"First night I was there room bathroom was way too small room 2411 , helpful staff did change my room but I had it done the next day , bed never got remade dispute leaving the card on the bed as instructed on card when entered room , other than that great hotel friendly staff and the taxi service at the end of the stay with checked in bags was amazing!"
Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel

"Great location as long as you enjoy (or don't mind) being close to Times Square. Even from my room on the top (19th) floor, I could hear quite a bit of street noise but it did not bother me. The hotel is an easy walk to most of the Theater District/Broadway theaters and restaurant row. The spacious lobby has a hip and welcoming vibe with lots of seating, including comfortable couches and tables suitable for working, as well as the bar. My guest room was on the small side (typical for older historic hotels in NYC), but quite comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the reception desk staff who happily arranged for me to have a late checkout when my meeting schedule changed. I'm a frequent visitor to New York and I'll keep the Paramount on my list of hotels to consider for future stays."

"The property was well situated close to Times Square and Shows. The room was comfortable. The problems were that it was stated that we would get a bottle of wine per night and did not get. We told them that it was our anniversary and insulted us by giving us one small bag of popcorn. Not two but only one. The free breakfast was bagged with rude staff and we were supposed to get a free walking tour from the hotel and it was not available; it was only from other sister hotels."
