"During my seven-day stay at the Crown & Residence Suite, I appreciated the warm greetings from the staff who always said "hola" and "Como estas." The room was impeccably clean, and the maids made sure everything was perfect. Although the dining experience had some shortcomings, the overall ambience of the property was exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation. "This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! "

"Overall for the price its okay, you get what you pay for. It was a good Experience. My only downfall is I didnt have hot water for about 2 days, I also had roaches in the room. "In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower.
