"Overall for the price its okay, you get what you pay for. It was a good Experience. My only downfall is I didnt have hot water for about 2 days, I also had roaches in the room. The food was average in the Buffet, the restaurants had the good food. The VIP band is great because you can go to other pools. "

"During my seven-day stay at the Crown & Residence Suite, I appreciated the warm greetings from the staff who always said "hola" and "Como estas." The room was impeccably clean, and the maids made sure everything was perfect. Although the dining experience had some shortcomings, the overall ambience of the property was exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation. The exceptional service provided by the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. "

"In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower.
