"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice. "

"The beds were soft and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the cashier made sure there was plenty of food available. Overall, very nice "

"Spa!? What spa? There was no one around when i arrived. The bathroom was mouldy, hairs on the sheets that smelt unwashed. Beetles and ants all over the floor. The room swarming in mosquitos. Peple talking loudly all manner of the night right outside my door! Not impressed "

"All the rooms same very poor bathroom not clean some rooms doesn’t have a hot water very cheap beds blanket not clean at all"
