"Our stay did not start well: bedsheet was shorter than the bed, wind blowing onto face when sleeping, lamp out-of-order. We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5."

What a lovely hotel - great staff - very helpful - and that restaurant downstairs - what a find ! Maybe it was the marathon tiredness - but that bed was so comfortable and easy to sleep in - just wonderful ! Thanks for a great stay. "
