"We had an amazing 3 night break at Casa Vela and would highly recommend. Excellent location - approx 10 min to walk to downtown Cascais. The studio was very clean (and cleaned every day) and private. The staff team were lovely and very helpful. We plan to return again next summer. The only minor downside was that the kitchenette had very little in the way of utensils (basic pots and pans, cutlery and sharp knives only) there were no cloths to wipe the surfaces and no condiments (salt/pepper/olive oil) Nonetheless this in no way detracted from the beautiful setting! Thank you Milene and team :-)"

From the moment I walked in the staff was beyond accommodating, the room was a dream with the most incredible view of the beach, the food was delightful, the restaurant staff was so kind and helpful, the facilities were simply perfect! "In Cascais, this is perfectly located. 5 mins walk to the city center for all the restaurants and shops but just around the corner where this is private and quiet. Also had to beat is that this sits across a park on one side, and then a walled fortress in front where the area has been converted to contain some specialty shops within a plaza. The staff are great, the area safe, and the breakfast and pastries were a delight!"
"We had a fabulous 2 night stay. We took the train from Lisbon and it was right above the station which was very convenient. It was a 15 min walk or so from Cascais which we appreciated because it was less touristy and quiet. The staff was friendly and it was easy to get around with uber. The pool is lovely and not crowded. It’s only 59 rooms so it felt cozier. Would definitely stay again."
