"Loved the retro vibe of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room had a separate large shower and toilet room, which is a nice touch, although privacy after showering might be a concern for a family. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but enjoyed the breakfast offerings at the little cafe on the premises. The hotel is situated across from the beach but it is a fair walk to get there. You have to cross the highway. Tofino was a short drive away."

"Good breakfast. Great location right on the beach. Kid/family friendly. The room was fine but showing a little wear (marked and scratched floor lamp, damaged cabinetry around the fridge). We stayed three nights and the housekeeping was inconsistent (one garbage emptied, the other one was not; used cups/glassware not replaced one day). All staff were friendly. "

"The location is great - close enough to the town centre, yet close to the nature, quiet (there was a construction going on around the property but noise was not disturbing). A bit noisy from the foot steps above. The room was nice and clean, and we felt a pressure to clean up after us. "

"Tab was plagued, the place had no name visible from the street, we arrived at night and had difficulty finding the place. No one on front desk It was clean but to expensive for the money. It doesn’t have an appealing appearance. "
