"Very clean Hotel. The staff was very helpful and quick customer services was provided. We order food from the hotel and it was very tasty and delicious. Hot water is available, clean bathroom. It was very cold in the room so we called and ask for extra blankets and they helped was to get more blankets. Must stay here when visiting Vrindavan. "

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. "This is a brandnew hotel. Their hygiene seems to be priority no 1 . We were on a special dieet. So we needed to communicate this with the restaurant chef, and he listens very well to his customers. The result was excellent. The rest of the staff are also very great, and humble people. We felt like we r home. Keep it up. We will definitely visit again."

"We came in the room and it was dirty and looks like it had not been cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty as well and towels were not clean. Bedsheets were not washed and there were random hairs on the sheet. The food was not seasoned and we had to order it 3 times. The lights went off twice and were many disturbing sounds playing at night. "
