Great location with spacious cottages albeit a bit dated. Getting hot water was an issue in one of the rooms in our cottage. Spa was good, gym equipment was rather limited and swimming pool was closed. Good service by the house keeping team but less so in the restaurant.

Ok, best option in Govardhan

The approach road has changed due to complete vehicular ban on Parikrama Marg. Have to reach hotel through canal road and kachcha road to back entrance as main entrance is on Parikrama Marg. Hotel stay was comfortable. It's spread across a large area. They have many options from single room to two room cottage, so be careful while making room choice - booking site shows two-room cottage as one room only fitting 4 adults. They have free cot for drivers too on campus. Dining options are very limited in area so better go for lunch/dinner included option. Food is only vegetarian and ok tasting. Overall an ok place, best in Govardhan area.

Very Good Ambience

We were very upset initially when against our booking for a Luxury Cottage we were given a stuffy room with a small window with no views as such. They produced a catalogue where the room description matches with the room we were given. When I disputed after accessing Hotels.com website of the resort where room information clearly mentions "Layout - Separate living room" - they were good enough to shift us to a room which they call a " Suit Cottage". Hotels.com MUST RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. Tha GPS co-ordinate given in email of Hotels.com is also not accurate, we landed some where nearby, but we had to put a new search using the name of the resort. Ambience inside the resort is very good & enjoyable specially in morning & evening.

This resort is awesome with lots of greenery . There are nice cottages and the room was neat and clean. However, the electric kettle and TV was not working. So we had to call the reception. They took care of this request. Overall, it was a good experience.

False promises.

My booking was for a suite with a living room, but I was given a smaller room with no living area. When I pointed this to the reception they said that there was some mistake done by hotels.com. This is clearly cheating.

Very good experience overall

Overall experience was good, Room and in room facilities were good. There is lot of improvement scope in restaurant and food quality variety. Swimming pool is small size though there were not many people to use that. Cottages are good and well maintained, staff is helpful.

Perfect stay...Villa concept is amazing

Family cottage is perfect for a group of friends to stay for leisure and can find relaxation. Rooms were equipped will all amenities of high standard. The SPA at the resort was bit expensive but you won't deny to pay more when the services are up to your expectations...

Beautiful Resort

It is a beautiful property with good facilities, Swimming pool, Table Tennis, Gym etc and a nice cosy cottage. The staff is also very helpful. The only challenge is that places to visit are off distance, like Mathura and Vrindavan, but if you are interested in Govardhan Parikrama, then this is the best resort in this area.

Not a good option for visiting Mathura

Typical Indian country club, maybe a cut above the rest. Spacious rooms in park like surroundings but too far away from Mathura for sightseeing. We stayed here for Holi and spent about 45 min by car to go to Mathura every day. Breakfast below average. You get what you pay for.
