"All elements of the hotel were well presented. The room was excellent and we had a choice of a shower or bath. The staff were polite and respectful to guests which made it a relaxing visit. The breakfast menu was excellent with individual requirements met. ie poached eggs etc. There are ample EV charging points in the car park. Unfortunately we did not use the pool complex on this occasion. We would stay here again in the near future. Well done."

The staff deserve a special mention – friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated. This stay was part of a working trip for Lonely Traveler Productions, a media company, and the hotel provided an ideal base. The calm environment, reliable facilities, and professional service made it easy to relax after a busy day and stay focused on work. Overall, the Leonardo Hotel offered excellent value for money, comfort, and service. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it for both leisure and business travellers."
