"Nice, modern apartment. Just what we needed for our short stay. The best points were the modern features, ease of access (door code given day of arrival), and air conditioning. The apartment stayed a comfortable temperature despite it being 36 degrees outside! There is plenty of space and storage. Much more pleasant than staying in a cramped hotel room. "1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."

"Die Apartment war Schmutzig. Wir haben keine wifi internet in Apartment ganze 10 tagen gehabt.wir müsten von unser Roaming bezahlen. Wir haben mit zuständige Apartment Personen Telefonisch, Email mehrmals kontaktiert bis die Personen am Ort gekommen und er hat versprochen alle fehlenden berücksichtigen ober haben wir von Apartment Personal bis letzte Tag von unserer zurück reisen nicht gehört und gesehen. "I really enjoyed my time at Ensana Grand, and hope I can come back someday! My one improvement would be a more flexible wellness package included in the price of the stay - I had pool and sauna access included in my reservation, but I am not a pool or sauna person! If I could somehow switch this out for a limited amount of treatments, like the basic facials or massages, that would've been a game-changer. "

"Had a great stay. We booked the penthouse on the top floor. So glad we did. We had the whole floor to ourselves and had two balconies. The apartment was really large and spacious. All the basics supplied eg shower gel, hand soap, washing up liquid. There is a washing machine but you’ll have to buy your own. There was a dishwasher too which we didn’t use but there were some tablets for the dishwasher supplied. There are a few local supermarkets just a few minutes walk away and another few minutes further a Lidl. The bus service takes you straight into the city centre and has great transport links. Although a bit out of the city there was no problems getting in. The bus service is regular and only minutes apart "
