"Great location, close to all attractions but far enough away to get away from it all. Right on the beach, great pool and hot tub. Only two negatives was for room 1703, the beds was hard and needs replacing, the hot water in the shower takes awhile to get hot and then it isn’t lasting, showers had to be quick. Overall, it was a great stay. "

The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

"The beds were not very comfortable and the faucet in both my room and my sisters room moved. The TV in my room didn’t work so we told the office, instead of calling to let us know (or leave a note on the door) the office just decided to move us to another room (they DID NOT move our stuff) and canceled our room key. Imagine getting back at about 11:30 at night and your room key don’t work. Also, almost the entire upper level smelled like pot. "
