"Our room was great! beauriful view if the ocean! We sat on the balcony everyday. The pools were great, beach was beautiful. You can snorkel right in front of the property. Be sure to bring water shoes because the beach it is very rocky in front of Honua Kai Resort. If you walk to the south it is less rocky. There is a nice path that we took our morning walks. Two connivence stores are in site to get coffee and snacks. Duke’s Restaurant is the only restaurant, there is also food truck park in walking distance It is definitely a resort for families, but as an older couple with grandchildren we did not mind. If you are looking for a more adult quiet experience I would look elsewhere: we loved our stay and look forwar to returning to Honuai Kai!"
"THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, THEIR VALET STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. OUR ROOM HAD TERRIFIC BEACH AND POOL VIEWS AND THE POOLS WERE VERY CLEAN. I WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ABD WILL STAY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE."
"We will 100% stay here again. The staff was wonderful and it’s conveniently located. There’s a free trolley that runs daily that makes getting to other resorts nearby, easy and fast. Fantastic place to stay you won’t regret it."
"This is our second time to visit this resort and have enjoyed it ever much. The best part about this resort is the view of the beach and the access. Kaanapali Is one of the beaches best beaches in Maui! Great access, and great staff!"
"Wow! I cannot wait to come back to this hotel. It really is a gem! Great staff, great amenities, great location! The only thing I was not a fan of was the birds all over. I wish they would put up signs to not feed the birds (similar to what we saw at Costco when we were there). The guests definitely make this problem worst, as the guests are the ones we saw consistently feeding them."
