"The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola."

"The bed was comfy, the pillows were decent and the staff was nice. The location was fairly close but easier to get to things via a scooter or quick rideshare. The AC also worked well.
The WiFi was unusably slow, you couldn't even stream music or use YouTube or any other app on the provided TV. If you plan to stay at the hotel at all, you'll need a decent mobile data package. The showers eventually get warm if you leave them on long enough, but never got hot. The breakfast was available and...
