"Rooms are clean and gorgeous. Staff is helpful. Just make sure you state what you want and don't want. Breakfast on the family side had more options but either is a great choice. The pool by the beach is always poppin! And if you have a chance to upgrade if your all adults, do it❤️ Now listen. And listen closely. There are sand fleas. Protect your skin before durring and after you go to the beach. But to make you feel better either way, have some mamawahna by the bar with your favorite drink and hit the club after. Either way have fun. Cause we did💋"

"Staff was great and responsive. The rooms were clean, as well. The ocean was murky and had jellyfish, which was a bit of a let down since we were excited to spend more time at the beach; however, the pools were wonderful."

"Wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. But before the negative, the positive: it’s an absolutely GORGEOUS hotel half an hour from the airport! You get the beach, the views and a natural oasis in the middle of the city. The grounds are truly beautiful! It’s definitely magical place that has worked to preserve nature. The negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but managed to get a smoke filled room. Booked the standard junior suite with tub and called out the request for a tub - no tub. I feel like there was a lot more to take advantage of, but didn’t have any kind of intro. The room not being what I requested would have been fine, just would appreciate the mention as check in."

"The property was amazing. It was very relaxing, beautiful views, serene and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. I did learn on this trip it is good to have Dominican pesos handy. The ATM can be costly. If you don't eat pork and looking for turkey substitutions for breakfast that was not available. Nevertheless, we had an amazing time and we look forward to coming back."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Emotions, their staff are incredible and very hard working people. But I didn’t like the room, the bathroom had no door and the toilet’s door didn’t have a lock. Everything was very small, you could barely fit inside the toilet. I didn’t like that the shower glass door had no privacy and was completely see through. The AC unit was not a central air. We were sleeping under the blowing cold air all nights and it’s wasn’t comfortable. I found this place to be not very kids friendly. The pool was risky, despite the kids area, and the kids club appeared to be very old and dated. The coffee shop was amazing and became my favorite place to hang out."
