"We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable furniture. "

"The property is less than one year old, so all the modern amenities, plus new. The kitchen was equipped well enough and there is also a large grill outside. The pool is in a central courtyard, surrounded by a privacy wall. The owner was visiting during my stay and was very welcoming. "We absolutely loved our stay at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great beds and a beautiful view of the ocean and hotel grounds. It had everything we needed, including a minibar, iron, and hairdryer. We really enjoyed the food as well. The buffet offered a great variety, and during the day we could enjoy the cevichería and bar. In the evening, there were three restaurants to choose from, as well as the buffet. We also loved the live music at the bar in the evenings. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt very safe and comfortable both at the resort and while exploring Puerto Vallarta. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back!"
