"Big clean and comfortable hotel. I loved the nice big windows in my room (719) and that I could open one of them to let in fresh air. Staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good. The only thing I missed was a restaurant that was open for lunch — there didn’t seem to be anywhere in the hotel to eat lunch. But no worries, you can find many restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk."

"I love this hotel. I had a suite and it felt very luxurious, and it was on the top floor and it had a huge bathtub and I loved the colors in the textures. It was all very soothing."

"An overnight stop with a four night stop to follow. Great position. No stairs at entrance. Lift availability to room as well as stairs. Reception area was busy with people checking in but flowed well and the reception staff were friendly and helpful."

"I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun. The rooms are very European and basic styling but they are generously proportioned and well cleaned. In fact, the cleanliness was very high. This is a good hotel, it won’t disappoint. "
