Just dont come here. This was the only place available during the time but I wish we hadnt booked it. Its really not nice, and looks worse than in the pictures. Overall I wish we never stayed there. Ants in our beds and rooms, pool is tiny and dirty, service is mediocre, I dont know what to tell you - just dont come

This hotel is very unique and cute. A lot of trees, monkeys and all those jungle creatures. Bus stop right in front to take you to the Manuel Antonyo park or anywhere around.

Caro para lo que se ofrece

Un costo muy elevado para lo que ofrece el hotel. Las instalaciones quedan al lado de ma carretera principal por lo que se escucha mucho ruido. El personal es muy amable, pero el lugar está viejo y parece que no se le ha dado buen mantenimiento en los últimos años. El desayuno está bien pero no es un lugar oara disfrutar de instalaciones.

La habitación limpia y con baño privado ,muy cómoda , abanico de techo ,sin pantalla tv Lo único fueron los huéspedes de la habitación contigua , hablaban muy duro en horas de la madrugada , no dejaron descansar bien El hotel debería de tener una política de que los huéspedes después de cierta hora no hacer ruido , por consideración a los demás huéspedes

Friendly staff, but overall wouldn’t recommend.

The basic room was pretty much an overpriced hostel. In fact, there are probably more amenities in a hostel compared to this hotel. We didn’t get fresh towels in the mornings, room was extremely humid and damp, and windows were just screens with no glass...we could hear the person in the next room snoring. The shower head was held together by a piece of electric tape. However, I do have to say that the staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was definitely a plus and the best we had in Costa Rica.

John and his staff were amazing friendly, informative, knowledgeable about wildlife and what there was to do. Blue Monkey food was delicious and reasonable.

Nos se hospeden en la habitación 1. Está al frente de la lavandería, en la mañana se escucha la bulla de las sseñoras hablando y las lavadoras funcionando. El abanico es muy débil, la habitación es muy pequeña, los jabones son de los más baratos posibles, y el precio que cobran no va en relación con la clase de habitación. En el desayuno tampoco dan frutas, a diferencia de la competencia del frente.

Owner and staff were amazing - very friendly and welcoming. It was in a great location and the restaurant was fabulous. There was also live music in the evening of the night we stayed. When I booked our room, I didn't realize it didn't have AC. Some of the rooms at the hotel do have AC, but ours did not. The room was very small (even with the double bed and twin sized bed). The owner told us he is in the process of making renovations, but the process has been slow. The room served it's purpose for the 1 night stay we booked it for.
