Fantastic resort! Everything was beyond expectations. The grounds and pools are gorgeous with amazing views and food is always super fresh and delicious. All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and friendly - especially Pablo, Jordan, Jackie, Roberto, Jaffeth. Parador is a very special place that made us feel like we are part of their family. Hope to return soon!

Amazing stay at parador! Only problem was the road getting there was steep and broken. We drove so it made it so we didn’t feel motivated to leave the property. We usually love to venture out and explore but we stayed at the property unless we were doing an excursion. Food was overpriced at the restaurant. Staff was outstanding and go above and beyond every time. Room was lovely and comfy and grounds were amazing and teeming with wildlife. Very special place and road should be fixed soon. Will def go back!

This resort was truly the best of the best!! From the moment we checked in - we were blown away and had the best vacation ever. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful - so much to do and see. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. We hope to return one day…it was the best!!

Excellent location! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had monkeys slide open our balcony door every morning to steal our sugar from the coffee bar- best wake up EVER! I’d stay there again solely to wake up to adorable monkeys :-)

Beautiful resort. We were able to see lots of wildlife there including monkeys, skoths, iguanas, snakes, frogs, owls, and even a honey bear. Great pools. My son loved the game room and my little one enjoyed playing with toys in the playroom. Staff is very friendly.

I spent 10 days in the Parador hotel. It was very, very impressive. I travel a lot and this is the best hotel. I saw a lot of animals and birds in the hotel. I had an excursion to the MA park and the guide named Rendel was very professional and kind.

Beautiful resort. Great for families with kids. Great pools and the kids can spot lots of animals around the property. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurants have great choices for lunch and dinner. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The rooms were nice, views from the pool areas and restaurants were amazing, the Monkey Trail on the resort was unique and fun to walk, the food was good, the shuttle was very helpful since the roads and parking in the area were questionable. There was some construction going on while we were there which took away from some of the serenity of the resort, but they did upgrade our room towards the end of our stay so we would be further away from the noise. The WhatsApp communication was also very helpful.
