"They gave me the crappiest room they have despite many, almost all rooms being available on my floor. The balcony opened to an indoor wall. The down stairs is open to the entry hall and sidewalk. When people stand outside and smoke all of it comes straight to this area, as well as people talking. The staff was ok. Sat at the desk pre occupied. Nothing special. "FABULOUS!!!!!! The cottage is adorable, comfortable, and has gorgeous views! The property is also beautiful, has a pool and a dining area where you can eat all or any meals and is not far from Manuel Antonio and Quepos. If you want to plan an outing, the friendly staff is super helpful. The best part, I think, is it’s connection to Kids Saving The Rainforest. "I loved this resort! Great location, great service, breakfast was excellent. The beach was beautiful as were pools/restaurants. I saw sooo many animals. Hotel staff was so happy and so helpful. I felt completely pampered and treated like royalty. I couldn't recommend enough and I have stayed at many hotels/many countries.
