"The stay was comfortable, great location, we were able to walk to shops, restaurants and the gardens. The only minor issue was locating the underground parking spot, the number of the apartment was not clearly labeled at the top of the driveway. Overall it was clean, staff was friendly and we loved our stay. "

"The fireplace in the lobby is irresistible, and the couches and interior decor are modern but cosy (the fireplace was what drew me to pick St Moritz and it didn’t disappoint). Loved the room which was more spacious than expected with a super comfy king bed and large shower. The hotel is very environmentally conscious so don't expect slippers or disposable milk pods (you have to request it from reception). "Started off badly. The reception was closed at 4pm which was a cold reception after a long day travelling. The room could have been cleaner. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my 2 nights at the lodge and the girl in the reception was actually a huge embassador for your company "

"Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions about what to do and where to eat around Queenstown and it’s within walking distance of pretty much everything. Convenience store located right next door which was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again! "
