"We recently spent a couple nights at the Townplace suites in Niagara Falls. A beautiful clean suite. So nice to have the regular size fridge, sink, stove top, dishes etc… It was a very comfortable stay. Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant. They always took the time to say hello with a smile. The front desk staff were amazing. So pleasant and helpful. A special shout-out to Alexander P. of the front desk. He always had a greeting and a smile on his face. Alexander was so helpful with the tourist sites to see. He also gave us great advice on how to travel easily throughout the city. Alexander always asked about our daily excursions. We definitely would recommend staying there. "
"Perfect location and beautiful view of the falls! Very accessible as it is within walking distance of the falls via the inclined railway and had a WeGo bus stop directly outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet is wonderful and definitley above average with a lot of choices. Lobby bar is great, serving local beers and wines and features local artists throughout the weekend. Highly recommend!"
