"The hotel was good and had great amenities, especially good wateraports.However I would class it as a 4 star rather than a 5 star. The check in was poor. Having travelled 13 hours and through the night, I did not expect there to be be a delay in checking in....surely they could have found another room rather than keep us waiting.The room cleaning was inconsistent sometimes good, sometimes not so good. The gym was basic but the equipment was new. The gym bin was not emptied and the water dispensers were not filled up on a regular basis. "

The staff is so friendly and always smiling ! Special thank to Kelly from kidsOnly, our children have so many memories from all the activities and the time spent in the kids club !! Special thank to Eric as well from La Pointe, so welcoming and always smiling !! "

"Generally nice but disappointing that we couldn’t use mask or snorkel, not able to get a beach towel despite the open hours. Food was lovely and room was really nice and soacious"
