Room was clean and modern, fully equipped kitchen. Walking to restaurants usualy meant up a very steep hill, but it wasn't far and you were close to grocery, liquor store and tons of restaurants, pubs, live music, historical buildings.

The room was great! Spotless, spacious, recently renovated, and had everything you could need (fridge, stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher, towels, TV, table).
There is also an underground parking attached to where the loft is that is $5 per 12 hours on the weekend.
The only drawback was that the attached train station has a significant number of individuals experiencing homelessness near the entrance to the lofts. It didn’t pose any direct issues, but it did make the area feel a bit less comfortable when entering or exiting.
There is an outdoor entrance you can use instead, though both doors lock automatically, which felt a little unsettling at first since the unit itself doesn’t have an additional lock or deadbolt.

This is the most unique place we’ve stayed in …it is right in the Quebec City train station. It a very new apartment with patio doors out to a patio. It is right in the middle of the old city. Very quiet and had everything you need for a stay

I was really pleasantly surprised by how quiet and large this location is! I wish we'd stayed there for more than the one day, it was exceptional and very easy to check in and find. So convenient for the morning train, as well! The only thing I didn't like was the couch, it was pretty stiff.

Really great spot to tour QC
Fantastic stay. Read all the reviews but still took a little getting used to; all in all it was really an amazing spot.
First, hotel is in train station which for the most part during the weekend was not busy at all. Hotel is located through front door of train station and will be on the left. Area is quiet but safe.
Second, hotel was immaculate and fit our fam of five perfectly. Two bedrooms each with a queen and a third bedroom with a large built in bunk bed. Lots of room.
Third, it is all keyless with no interaction with any staff. There were plenty of towels and soap so no need to interact and code to door was sent via email the day of. All email communications are in french which was easily translated by google.
Fourth, one of the best parts was the parking garage which is just to the left of the front door, underground and affordable. We left the car in there for the entire 4 days and there was no problem.
Fifth, from this location we were able to walk everywhere- with the citadel being the farthest and maybe a 20min walk.
Lastly, the only minor knock on this place was that I couldn’t bolt the door from the inside. The front door closes and locks but anybody who knows the passcode could come in in the middle of the night. Seems unlikely but for this New Yorker who trusts nobody it made me a little bit nervous.
Very new apartments, next to the train and bus station and close to the Old Quebec City

Really efficient
No reception. Received my access code to unlock the door prior to my arrival. Within the Gare du Palais train station. Really practical for business purposes.
