Such a great location. Walking distance to all the must see sites! Subway just below. Tim Hortons just a block away. Surrounded by great restaurants. Use the QR code provided by hosts for great recommendations. Nicely updated loft which made for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would book again. Street construction out front, but made for quiet stay with no traffic access. Very clean. Hosts were great - we needed to add an extra night and they were very accommodating.

This property's main strength is it's location in the old Town. Everything's accessible on foot, though there are many steep hills. Be aware that there is a large and messy road construction project out the front and Rue de Buade is currently closed to vehicles. We felt our loft was smaller than we expected and it was tight to move about and store bags without bashing into things (including the ridiculously oversized wall-mounted TV). It was very dark as well in the evenings, which created a gloomy, rather claustrophobic atmosphere.

CONS: We were at the top of 3 large flights of stairs, no elavator. So that was fun. The pictures show one photo of stairs…multiple that by 3 or 4 and that’s what you are dragging your luggage up. On the property description at the very bottom it says there is no elevator- but without the context or why that is actually important seems very misleading. Especially for older guests or ones with any kind of impairment. The apartment was super barebones (which for us wasn’t the end of the world. Parking is not close at all to the property, and certainly not included. Another fun surprise you learn before realizing how many flights of stairs you are going climb later. PRO’S: Super central to everything. Price was decent- but our room is not featured in the photos and looked nothing like the other rooms. There is a fridge and stove, microwave (if you need it) FINAL THOUGHTS: For the price, it was fair. The location is great and it seemed like a quiet room. But I wouldn’t stay there again. And I would have a very hard time recommending this place to anyone who has more than a carry-on sized suitcase.

Lovely intimate apartment.

We loved this small intimate apartment. It was right in the middle of Old Town on the main shopping street. All the sights of the Old City were just up the road.Perfect location.

The location of this property is excellent if you will be a sight seer in old Quebec City. There are a lot of steep stairs and no elevator so any kind of mobility challenge means you can’t stay here. Having a kitchen in the room is great

We were pleased with the space and the great location. Seeing the old city from the loft was so easy. Loved being able to walk to all the sights and putting our car in one of the lots close by for our 3 day stay. Any questions we had were promptly answered and helpful. Very good location. Only problem was all communication in French so I never understood emails sent to me. Also since I was early before checkin time, I wish I had known to go to the main office first to check in and leave my luggage. Place was excellent in location.

In a very good location, right in the heart of old Quebec City. Keypad entry to both inititial door, making it safe, and individual lofts, so no losing keys! The internal stairs are quite steep. Loft were a nice size, well equpped and clean.

This place is located in the heart of Old Quebec. It's clean, quiet and we had no issues getting the codes to get into the unit on the day. The stairs are steep to get to the 2nd and third floors. Difficult to manage with heavy luggage. The unit we were in (1a) was small. Enough room for a couple but felt crowded.
