"We had a lovely room on an upper floor with a great view. The room needed some attention - phone didn’t work, there was a crack in the bathroom basin and some laminate flooring pieces were lifting. "The location was great, both staff we spoke with at the concierge desk were rock stars - so helpful and patient! The rooms were fine though could use a deep clean. I was most unimpressed with the housekeeping staff who tried to enter our room multiple times on our check out morning. Without even knocking. We had asked for a late check out so finally put the do not disturb sign on the door but they still entered again!"
