Ice machine, fridge, and the ac half the time didn’t work. There was some sort of throw up under the sink, and they had to switch our room three times. The staff was very helpful and nice but for $500 for 2 nights, I would not recommend.

Worse place I ever stayed in. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Blankets had cigarette burns. Plumbing leaked. Flooring worn out. Landscaping around building overgrown. Outrageous pricing. But we had no where else to go. The saving grace was that it was quiet and was apparently pretty safe.

Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Hotel Experience in 30+ Years This was hands down the dirtiest, smelliest hotel I have ever stayed in over the last 30 years. The moment we walked in, the smell alone was overwhelming. Filthy rooms, stained surfaces, and an overall feeling of neglect made it clear this place is not properly cleaned or maintained. We booked two nights but could not bring ourselves to stay the second night. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund us, forcing us to eat the cost and book another hotel—which, thankfully, was clean, comfortable, and everything this place was not. Before even leaving for the new hotel, my son found a bed bug on his hoodie that had been placed on the other bed. That was the final straw. Staying even one night was a huge mistake, but we felt forced to try just so we wouldn’t lose all our money. This hotel should absolutely not be listed on Expedia. It is unsanitary, unacceptable, and completely misleading compared to how it’s advertised. Save yourself the stress, health concerns, and wasted money—do not stay here.

It's just motel. Room had low light, bathroom lock was broken. Was smelling like it was not open for days. Would say less clean. Good thing - A/c and heater was working fine. Had microwave, refrigerator & TV. Beds were comfy.

Air conditioning was the best feature. For the rest : Floor was bad, the sheets on the bed were clean but the bed itself was dirty with all sort of marks, there was 1 towel for 4 persons when we arrive, shampoo for 1 person, had to ask for more. The image on the website seems to have been taken many years ago and never got refreshed. Overall, it was an horrible experience and will never go there ever again.

Brokenbathroom door, front door lock and toilet seat. After 2 hours went to complaint front desk. They said why stay 2 hours then complaint. If you know we take 5 min complaint after check in. You shouldn't be renting these rooms in that condition. We are not going to inspect room after checking in for your staff. That is your job to do so. We were up for last 20-25 hrs and only thing we want to do was take little rest for an hour or so. Then get freshen up and head out for downtown night. Then we realise everything coming up and It was so many things that we couldn't resist to complain.
