This hotel will gonna be our go to hotel whenever we’ll have a vacation here in Old Quebec! The location is very close to a lot of tourist attractions, restaurants, and the indoor parking area is 2 mins walk away from the hotel. It’s in the middle of everthing! The room is clean, not so spacious but hey, you’re just gonna sleep there, right?. The bathroom is clean too, but the toilet is small, but we’ve managed. Thanks again!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt very family-friendly. We truly enjoyed our time and felt well taken care of.Highly recommend and would gladly stay again! Parking is the main issue in there but overall we love it!

The hotel was very difficult to find as faded sign outside was not very visible. Expedia instructions for checkin were incorrect as instructed us to go to an address next door but check in was at a desk located in the hotel. The room was clean but window looked out onto a fire escape and back lane that was dirty and cluttered. Not a great first impression. Staff were helpful. Breakfast that was included was excellent! Served in the Sagamité restaurant next door and allowed for 5 different options.

Great location. But along Rue Saint Louis there is a lot of road noise. The Expedia check in instructions give wrong information about check in location. If you are not physically able it’s a difficult task to haul your luggage up 3 floors on a very narrow spiral staircase. The room had AC but it was not in service and a bit uncomfortable on a warm day. The breakfast in a next door restaurant was very nice.

The location is wonderful, staying right in the upper town makes it easier to visit the major landmarks. The room was cozy and warm. They helped us to get a ground-level room as my wife is pregnant and there is no elevator.
