"You can walk to the old town, and a large casino is nearby. The hotel itself isn't overly large, making it easy to come and go. Having stayed here several times, the staff remember my face. This time, my flight was delayed, so I checked in late at night, but they greeted me with a smile and even upgraded my room! Overall, it's a fantastic hotel."

"A great hotel, very convenient to walk to everywhere on the Cotai strip; however, not overcrowded like the Venetian. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room controls (lights/sounds/blinds) are controlled by tablets, took a bit to get used to, but ok. Will definitely comeback. "
"Nearby bus stops and breakfast places that are quite cheap. Bakeries are open nearby too. Fast food also available and supermarket as well. Hotel provides free transfer to the airport which was a definite plus since we brought many luggage and not easy to go airport in normal public transport. Timing for the last transfer was perfectly timed with our departure as well. Nice feature. Hotel looked outdated and needed to be renovated to make it look new and fresh.
