"The property is exceptional and the gardens are truly wonderful. Slight issue in travelling to the property, which took over 5 hours on public transport. As a tourist, it was impossible to provide an accurate arrival time which i estimated going on the distance that i needed to travel. Check out is at 10.30am and having been told twice, a little to keen on actually getting rid of guests. I did vacate the room at 10.30 and was stood outside smoking a cigarette and texting my sister when i was told that i was in the way. I quickly left the establishment and its such a shame that customer service and relations are not a prominent element with this bed and breakfast business. It's such a wonderful environment, with lots of agricultural historical memorabilia and artifacts. The gardens and grounds and very subtropical looking, with lots of cactus 🌵 and attracts lots of wildlife. My last stay in Cagliari was run by a young person who really was the most friendliest and customer focused individual you could ever care to meet. Having run my own company, the customer is always king and being accommodating and service focused is the name of the game in hospitality. Good luck with the future and hopefully my comments will be taken as a benchmark to improve. As the Japanese 'Kaizen' philosophy teaches. Ciao "

"1. The room was l large and clean. The staff was friendly courteous and hepful."

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Positives were that the hotel overall is lovely with lots of space, bedrooms are very big with large beds. Good choice of food and the reception staff were great. Nice pool and little beach. Negatives, the 3 female pool bar staff were very rude on multiple occasions, the pool floor needs updating and the tiling throughout is uneven and dangerous. There is nothing around the hotel. It would benefit from a gift shop on site "

"Our room 6 in the residence building was spacious. The bathroom was nice, plenty of towels, great water pressure in the shower, but ran out of hot water when showering easily. Ants in the clothing cabinet and also on the floor near it and near the foot of the bed. Kitchen functional, but the only frying pan was old scratched Teflon. Stove and pan not suitable for cooking steaks. Bed not very comfortable. Hot tub near the pool did not work. Appearance of hotel is that it needs updating. Staff friendly/helpful. I sent a message to the hotel through Expedia asking if they could send my husband's swim trunks to us (forgot them in the bathroom). We would gladly pay postage. No response from the hotel. Disappointed in that."

"First of all, we were actually impressed and glad that upon arriving early in the morning with no notice to the hotel, they had our room ready. But then once seeing the room - dirty and stuffy, we weren’t too happy anymore. Food is a buffet, so expectations weren’t high to begin with. It is self served, including beverages. The hotel will provide you a “taxi” company business card and they charge you double what the the local taxi cabs will but won’t tell you anything about how to get a hold of a local taxi. We kept the number of a taxi driver from the airport and stuck with him for the remaining of the trip once we realized that the hotel had no intention of helping us out. I also left behind a pair of earrings of no monetary value, but definitely sentimental, had to check out at 4am for an early flight and I forgot to grab them off the table. I reached out to the hotel via email, since their phone never works, and asked if there was any way the earrings can be returned to me, they never responded. Didn’t surprise me though! Anyways, the beach is gorgeous!!! Only good thing about the whole stay. Definitely would not recommend staying here. But maybe close by due to how beautiful the beach is."
