Only if you've got kids or want a massage
I spent a few days in Quang Nhai visiting my gf's family and stayed at the Central Hotel. Unfortunately, it was just okay; from what I understand this is a Government owned hotel, and it shows. Everything was just okay, the room was large enough (and so was the bed) and the plumbing worked but the decor was a bit old. The mattress wasn't particularly comfortable and the pillows smelled a little (even after I had the covers changed). The amenities, like their shampoo/conditioner, came in little ceramic flasks which should've been replaced/refilled by the staff daily but they weren't. So the body lotion looked like it hadn't been recharged in a long time and had solidified in the flask. The hotel seemed almost completely empty and I was the only one in the restaurant when I dropped by to look at dinner (but didn't stay for) and the free breakfast. The food was pretty disappointing except for the noodles which were good (but at least I didn't get sick!). The receptionist couldn't speak english.
This may be a four star hotel because of its decent looking pool and "massage" parlor but unless you are traveling with kids who want to play or want to frequent the massage or karaoke bar, I think there are better choices in Quang Ngia for the price. Just for reference, I spent $40/night during the Tet holiday. I can't really comment too much on the surroundings because everything was closed but they seemed okay if not particularly interesting.
Pls remove this hotel from your website, no word to explain how bad it is and crazy expensive , it's worth max usd5.-per night, it's not an hotel at all there is a strip massage club on the basement of the place...
Quang Ngai is no tourist Mecca! The hotel was probably something once upon a time, but really is only designed for Vietnamese. The menu is weird, Breakfast scarey and the bed so hard, I think the floor would be better made up. It reminded me of "The Shining", but the ghosts only spoke Vietnamese! Room was OK, but don't go in with your expectations too high!
We used this hotel for a one-night stay while touring the central coast. Our room was clean, there was a wi-fi connection and it was a comfortable stay. The included breakfast buffet was good and quite large with fine variety.
