The clean room and pleasant environment were so good. However, it is quite sad that the staff at the front desk is too little knowledge and the English level to deal with foreigners is not able to communicate. All around a very solid hotel, great new facility, good buffet, they genuinely care about customer experience, have to leave early due to circumstances, they are very accommodating and working with booking site to make it happen.

Mangrove Tree Resort World Qingdao
Rooms were very clean & well appointed. Large variety to choose from for Breakfast. Staff were helpful although struggled with English a little. Nothing to do downstairs as building was still being developed & was unfinished
