"The staff were excellent and food in restaurant and room service were brilliant. The room is on a noisy street and the double glazed windows did not shut out all the noise . But it was tolerable would not deter us from going back to stay there again . The toilets are in need of a bit of iupgrade e.g there was a contant lingering smell in the tiolet, the tiolet seat is not soft closing the toilet basin itslelf got blocked twice but was dealt with immediately. So all in all a nicevpkace to stay and bery convenient location "

Gamal, the hotel manager, contacted me immediately and stayed in touch throughout, helping us plan every detail from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo. He also arranged a surprise birthday cake for me during our Nile cruise, which was incredibly thoughtful. A huge thank you to Mohammad, our driver, who picked us up at the airport and stayed with us throughout. He was warm, funny, and gave us local insights that made every drive feel like time spent with a friend. And Sherif, our guide, was amazing, so knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. He kept us from falling into tourist traps and took incredible photos of us throughout the trip. Every day felt like we were exploring with a friend, not just a guide. If you’re going to Cairo, book with Gamal and his team. I was anxious about scams, but they made us feel completely safe and welcome. Genuinely the best choice in Cairo. "

"This was my second time in Egypt and I traveled Solo! It was PHENOMENAL , What made my trip 10X better was the service and genuine hospitality I received as soon as I left the Cairo Airport Doors ! Mohamad ! Greeted me with my name and drove me safely to the airport while telling about great interesting facts I haven’t learned , As Soon I arrived at the Door i received Great Service!!! The lobby smelled so good ! It was clean and welcoming! Ali greeted me with a Great Welcome , and my check in Fast and easy ! He also provided Great tour suggestions ! My room was clean !!! And it smelled so good as soon as i opened the door ! The Rooftop 700 /Akeim Restaurant took great Great Service to the next level everyone was welcoming and what I loved the most is how they all worked as a Real team to help all Guest ! Lisan always made my dinner experience great ! The food was so delicious and hot and fresh and the Fruit juices were always amazing with the added fresh fruit! During breakfast Ismael and Kamal helped me with great service ! Always brought me fresh juice and water and made sure to always check on me they would even speak even if I want eating ! It was amazing Time I can’t wait to Go back 12/10 Experience!!"

"I was very surprised on how modern and clean the room was. The breakfast was also very pleasing and had a variety of options. Even the staff were smiling the whole time and were super nice. If I came to Cairo again, Novotel would be my go to."

"Great hotel in front of nile river. The reception was amazing and helpful. Very high security protection which makes you feel safe. Room and bed were very comfortable. Good value for the money. The only downside is that the majority of the customers are from Arab gulf countries which - in my opinion- have some behavioural issues which can makes someone uncomfortable next to them. Other than that, it’s a lovely place and will definitely recommend it "
