I was taken care of by the great staff, including a food delivery services, when I got to the hotel late at night. The manager even provided stain remover! "The location is in walking distance to People’s square metro station. Our room has a great view to the Nanjing road walking street, the bund and the oriental pearl tower. There are many coffee shops, local food stores nearby. The room is quiet and spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. "

"It's a good hotel. Transportation is very convenient. However, the laundry is closed from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which is inconvenient. The front desk doesn't provide much tourist information."
