"Could not check in until after 4:00pm and had some one kind on our door about 9:30pm wanting in. Called the front desk, took 3 calls for some one to answer and said maybe maintenance at the wrong door. Weird as we saw the two guys and asked what they wanted and they never answered. I asked the theee times but never opened the door. Kind of freaked my daughter and I out. "

"It was a good place to sleep. Bathrooms are small. No faucet in the bathroom. That was odd. Light is terrible and they only offer cable. Lame. Other than that it was great. Just a basic hotel for 200.00 more then every where else. "

"I was very skeptical to stay here after reading all of the negative reviews, but we had a great stay. There were a few small things like some stains on the wall but sheets and towels were clean, and the view from our balcony was perfect which was the whole reason I booked there in the first place ! Did not get a chance to use the pool/hot tub but it seemed to be popular so it must have been nice and hot ! Not my go to spot to stay in Lincoln City but for a last minute trip with view we had a great time ! "

"The breakfast menu is meager, they served canned sausage gravy and biscuits every day and scrambled eggs. There was some yogurt and fruit cups but the fruit cups weren’t there every day and there was no fresh fruit or pastries. The parking was convenient and safe and was free. The pool was broken 1/2 our stay but was running the second part, the pool room needs upgrading and has peeling paint on the walls, the sauna looks to be permanently broken. The pool towels were used quickly annd not replaced, so we didn’t have any to use. Our room was clean, but there was popcorn spilt on the stairs that was there for 4 days. Overall the place just seems like the owners are either struggling to make ends meet or are cheap when it comes to upgrades. The staff is nice and accommodating. "

"Please note that ocean view is partial for most all rooms with exception to maybe rooms on the fourth and fifth floors and on the south side of the building. We were placed on the third floor on the north side of the building and most of our view was of the tops of the restaurant building and the hotel on the beach. Parking is extremely tight, so if you have a large vehicle, you may have to park a bit of ways to get to the hotel. The hot tub was by reservation only and you had to reserve at 8 am same day and could only use for 30 minutes a day, which means that this is really not accessible for most people. I paid extra with this feature in mind and could not access this at all. Also, it is not accessible for those with disabilities. Secondly, the breakfast was a joke. The bagels were hard and cold and not of a good brand. They gave us one medium hard boiled egg, and only 0.75 ounces of cream cheese per bagel. We only got 4 ounces of juice and it was like the kind you get at a hospital. The only part of breakfast I enjoyed was the slightly unripe banana. They didn’t have the pushcart accessible overnight, so we had to make multiple trips to load our luggage at 6 am. They only have one elevator and we wanted to be out before it got crowded. The room had outdated appliances and the internet had a poor connection to where the tv could not work the first night. The beds were hard to sleep on. We choose this hotel based on amenities and we were very disappointed. "
