Balkontür ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und sprang aus der Führung - erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko besonders für Kinder. Die Waschmaschine bewegte sich beim Schleudern durch das ganze Bad. In der Dusche befand sich Schwarzschimmel und die Klobrille war locker. Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden und die tägliche Reinigung erledigt ein Saugroboter. Der angeblich kostenlose Parkplatz...
