"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily.

"Lovely Hotel in a great location. The suite room was a great size and was very clean. It was a bit warn so probably due an uplift soon. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good, lots of choices and all the staff were very friendly. Great pool area with lovely views. You won’t be disappointed having a stay here. "
"I loved this property, cute, quaint, cultured, and the staff were amazing. Boutique style hotel, colorful and cultured. I enjoyed the amenities for example the free yoga class twice a day, the Jamu cooking class, which is an Indonesian drink. The breakfast was awesome, kits of varitey. The hotel offered theme nights like barbecue on the rooftop with live music. I can’t say enough great things about this property, the laundry service was amazing.. the only draw was these little bugs/ants that came I’m assuming from the rain, but they moved my room immediately and treated the rooms. I didn’t have any more issues after that and really enjoyed my stay. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was. It reminded me of a family ran boutique style hotel with all these little intricate details that made them stand out from other places. Definitely would go back and recommend."
"We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again. "We had a plunge pool access room and it was so worth it . Loved not having to carry books , towels etc poolside as we could step straight into the plunge pool straight off our room . They are private from the public but not isolated . Breakfast was included with options for all dietary requirements "
"This hotel is a fabulous hotel in Sanur especially if you are planning on going across to the islands of Lembongan or Penida after or during your stay as it’s a 10 mins walk to the boat port.
The staff are excellent at the hotel and it’s a nice big spacious hotel with a lovely reception area and cafe/bar in the lobby which serves food and nice selection of drinks.
Room is spacious and comfortable with excellent A/C.
