"From the moment we arrived at the hotel, it has been luxurious treatment. I've been notified before our arrival of the arrangement and despite booking it wrong on the website to have 2 single beds instead of a king bed, they managed to accommodate it to our preferences last minute. The whole staff has been so friendly and very attentive to our needs throughout the trip, from messaging us the night prior to get our breakfast order to noticing our discomfort following a rough trip to Nusa Penida, they've even went above and beyond into providing us teas to calm our nerves which weren't on the menu or expected. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying at the Samata, it made our Bali stay unforgettable. "

"Huge shout out to the staff at the seres resort and spa. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and treated you like royalty from the day you came in up until the day you left. The resort was very clean and safe and quiet. I went for a solo trip for my bday and they did such a good job at making me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing them to stay for my bday. Special shout out to Devi and Eri who sat with me on my bday and talked with me and suprised me with cake and singing. Will be planning my next trip again here real soon. But I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for beautiful views, quiet vibes, and safe atmosphere."

"One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Top notch quality facilities, courteous staff, excellent buffet breakfast with extensive variety, everything we tried was excellent. Very clean pool, not crowded at all (we stayed in September), excellent view of the forest. -25 mins from main Ubud markets and monkey forest, which is not bad if you want to stay away from noise and crowds. "The property was perfect location and price point for our one night stay to catch an early morning Ferry to Nusa Lembongan. We got in late afternoon directly from the airport. Kids (6 and 8) loved the pool and water slide, us adults were very comfortable pool side. The bar drinks were very reasonably priced. Then it was a 2 minute walk into multiple restaurant options right on the waters edge with more restaurants currently being built. Super convenient. In the morning we went to breakfast around the corner again before walking to the Ferry, again super convenient. Only complaint with the room was the air-conditioning couldn't get quite cool enough, the light from the aircon unit lit up the room all night. Only 2 bath towels in the room for 4 people and oddly the water in the shower didn't get hot but hey it's Bali and it's hot enough already."
