"Amazing resort. Very clean every where you go. Beautiful rooms with top notch service. The food was excellent. A perfect variety of restaurants with healthy options. They even have a coffee shop with fresh fruit juices and a smoothie bar. The spa was a 10/10 experience. We did the couples hydro therapy and we enjoyed it so much. "This is our fourth time staying at this establishment. We had a good start and at the time of our first or second day the toilet wouldn’t flush we had to call to get it fixed. The shower was not as clean as anticipated seeing an old piece of soap on the floor. When I asked the cleaning lady if it was okay to take my plate and grab some towels I was given an attitude and it just was odd. I think since I was used to better service and treatment it caught me off guard all in all the pool beach was great. The buffet was okay."
