"Unfortunately the hotel had a moldy musty smell throughout. The carpeted areas in the hallways to the rooms smelled the worst. The doors and framing had mold. The drinks were not the best and they were always running out of liquor or a special food. Nice hotel that has potential but needs some work. "

"Outdated room. Running toilet. Internet slow. All channels were in Spanish with no English subtitle option. They overcharged me for some food I didn’t even order. I definitely won’t be back…"

"Clean rooms, amazing bed and pillows, great breakfast, delicious restaurant, a/c in rooms work great. They had construction going on early in the morning but once asked to stop they did & compensated us for the inconvenience. Can’t beat the location either! Overall my partner & I will be visiting again next time we come to visit the walled city! Thank you for having us Bastión"
