Check in was awful very difficult. I sttod there once before 2 years ago nonproblem. The reviews are correct. Reception is rude argumentative and indifferent. You pay for electricity twice. On the app and in person at chek in. Disappointing because i like this place

Honestly I was a little disappointed on this hotel that I stayed at. On the first day I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and I another two cockroaches under the couch. I was expecting it to be better, but it was a wonderful vacation. I recommend for anybody that coming here in punta cana to choose a wisely where you gonna stay. Please check the room before sleeping, and bring it buy the sprayer for the insects. Don’t be shy to ask for water or toilet paper or anything else.

They charge extra “optional fees” as mandatory cash before they give you the key, the reservation states that there is a fee to pay at the property however they want double . The apartment for a a fourth of the actual price they will charge extra fees cleaning, air conditioner, taxes and other extra charges. Do your self a favor and book hotel room stead, you will be safer i spoke with other guest and some where charge way more than me.

I booked the hotel from the airport at 9:50 pm. Then arrived 30 minutes later. The office was closed when I arrived at 10:20 pm leaving me stranded. The next day I tried to get a refund when they reopened but it seems to be a scam and no refund was provided. Policy says this: “The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - midnight.” This is a lie. Don’t book here!!

This property was dirty room smelled like smoke sheets were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. The towels were rough and didn’t even dry you. Description of property stated Internet use Internet was not working. Was told to use other rooms Internet, but still wasn’t able to get service. Checked in at three, checked out at 6 AM unable to sleep due to the tobacco smell of the room. I Do not recommend this location.

The problem was that I was placed in a room with bad air conditioning. Then on top of that, they wanted to charge me for power knowing that I was going to have use a lot of it because of the heat. Lastly, it never stated on Expedia that there was a fee for electricity? So they changed it up on me on the last minute? The Internet didn't work either...

Habitación, no servía el TV, cobran a la llegada cargos de administración cargos de electricidad y si quieres poder prender el aire otro cargo a pesar que ya se pagó el del uso de electricidad, el baño tenía muchas muestras de hongos en las llaves y el agua olía mal. El servicio de las personas que reciben no es muy cordial, no volvería nunca a ese hotel

Cobro extra por todo, mal hábito

Es increíble que en una región tan bonita como Rep Dominicana, con personas tan simpáticas y agradables, quieran cobrar todo extra, y que en todos los hoteles del mundo está incluido. Servicio de aseo extra, aire acondicionado extra y la electricidad extra. Acaso es opcional estar en un hotel sin electricidad…… así sea costoso, deben incl you r esos valores y así sabe uno si lo selecciona o no!!!! Y claro cuando uno está ahí no hay otra opción sino someterse a sus condiciones. Que lástima esa modalidad opaca la calidad de personas que son los dominicanos y los haitianos, que también gentilmente reciben a los turistas.

Es lo peor esta propiedad, reserve 4 habitaciones y solo me dieron tres, habitaciones un agua, la atención lo peor nos trataron super mal, la relación precio calidad no es equivalente el hotel no es como en las fotos. No recomiendo. He tenido que hablar con expedía para reembolso de la segunda noche por mala atención y que no me quisieron dar habitaciones para esa segunda noche. La peor experiencia.
