"Omg I have to say in all my years of traveling and experiencing hospitality this has to be by far the best and most humble places I’ve been to, from the moment me and my wife walked in we were treated like royalty and everyone else around the same!!! I never take the time to right reviews but this place I did. From the beginning with David in the excellence club member area to Joan the attendant. Superb service. I also have to say the he chief in las olas amazing amazing custom tostone with a heart of of gold. The events where amazing with Maria hosting a lot of the arts and crafts, me personally have never been one to do any activities but she made it tremendously fun for me and my wife. She even personally took the time to get me a chimi which let me tell me you was not easy for her to do she literally looked for me all over the hotel to ensure on my last day me and my wife were able to experience and enjoy the food and than helped us get great seat for the show and ended it with a bang. I will be taking my family of 25 in 2 months just because of Maria and David. Edwin also went out of his way multiple time to get me a traditional Dominican breakfast. I truly am impressed how all the staff remembers us but our name. I have to also take the time to thank Wander, Albert by the pool, Oswaldo, rohemer , Belkis I know I spelled it wrong she was amazing at las olas. I mean I can’t say enough the gratitude the show and hospitality I will def be visiting here over and over"
