"Amazing resort and people. This was my 5th time staying at a majestic resort in Punta Cana. The hotel staff was amazing. They upgraded my room to a beautiful suite with a rooftop outside jucuzzi. The food option is top tier and their entertain is top tier as well. I can’t say a single negative thing about this resort. I absolutely love them and everything about it. "

He assisted me my whole trip, Orisis which is the manager of Ocean El faro was great, he heard me out and accommodated me instead of making me feel unheard/unwanted. Will be visiting soon again!!!
