"Room is clean and big with 2 bathrooms and a balcony, which is convenient for a family of 4. Staff are nice and helpful, especially our butler Alejandro. The pools are warm and clean. The food at restaurants with menus are fine. We enjoyed the sports bar, steakhouse, and Japanese restaurant. However, the food for buffets and desserts can definitely be improved."

"Hotel enorme con facilidades muy top. El servicio es intachable. Desde que llegas hasta que te vas. Los restaurantes muy buenos, El Asador fuè mi favorito. Las habitaciones bien comodas con sabanas ricas y suaves. El Coffee Shop que esta en el Boulevard es riquisimo. En fin un buen hotel para descanso. Eso si, hay q caminar mucho para llegar a cualquier lado. Por lo demas excelente."
