The staff is very rude and they take their time to wait on you. Unlike Punta Cana with the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The maintenance in the grounds are impeccable. My wife got food poisoning the last day. The biggest problem with this resort is the staff. Very unwelcoming and very unfriendly.

Loved the beach! Having a swim up room was really nice. The restaurants were better than the buffet. Only complaint was the people trying to get you to upgrade to executive membership got annoying.

We enjoyed our 5- night stay at this hotel. Our duplex room with private pool had everything we wished for and even more ! The maid provided the necessary services. We spend time on the beach with white sand and turquoise water .. had diving and snorkelling tours .. had fine dining in the hotel’s restaurants . Minor inconvenience were loud evening shows. Although some guests enjoyed entertainment, we would prefer this activity would not be next to the private guest rooms.
