"The property is absolutely beautiful it is kept very clean the downside is if you do not upgrade your food options are very minimal. I would also have to say compared to Cancun the service is very slow especially at dinner time. If you have children or you like water parks in general theirs is great. I also loved the beach it was like bath water very beautiful and relaxing. Eating the buffet everyday is annoying and you get tiered of it quickly. Coffee shop was a nice touch also pizza by family...

"Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."
