"Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged. The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not. "The place is right on the beach and the pool is lovely and so relaxing. The hotel is just far enough from all the noise, but a 5 minute walk to all the action near Rosa Negra. The staff bends over backwards to help you with whatever you need. We stayed in the Sueño Caribeño suite and it has a nice view of the ocean from both the room and the outside balcony. Just know that the balcony in that suite is outside of the room right by its front door, but it’s still quite private and two steps from the ocean."
