"Alaya Hotel was a lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel comfortable. Daniel helped us check in after a long travel day, and was super informative and welcoming! He made our check in quick and easy so we could immediately relax (Thanks Daniel!) The room was lovely and tropical, room service was great, waitstaff were smiley, and the food was awesome!"
