"I have sent these messages including pictures as proof:
You definitely need to improve the cleaning of the apartment including the bed sheets. The rooms like it has not been cleaned in years! (Pictures to proof available). I am leaving tomorrow morning already but I felt really sick in the appartment couldn't stay in it so I started looking for what cause it.And I saw the mess under the bed (pictures to proof it!).

"Location was perfect, geeat view, mostly clean the bathroom always had an odor im guessing because the ventilation was so clogged up with mock , the wifi never worked so had to used from the restaurant i was signed into , staff was attentive and tried but nevertheless its was not working . "Had trouble reaching them because they wouldn’t answer, not even the emergency number. The AC wasn’t working so they let us stay in another apartment but we had to move from, so in total we moved 3x. plus one of the apartments didn’t have an elevator so we had to carry our stuff up. "

"The floor was not clean. And the sofa had stains. The rest was clean und the bed comfortable.
The apt looks new renovated.
The apartment is very well located and spacious.
Unfortunately the walk hall was very dark no lights on first floor cable still sticking out of the wall, unfinished. It would be nice the apt door has a handle, easier to close the door from inside.
Service and communication from coral and coco were excellent. Suggestions there was no house number on the door
