Staff member told us to be at the entrance of the hotel at 5.50 in the morning to watch birds with him, but did not show up."

"Al llegar, la reserva no estaba realizada, pese a que se canceló con tarjeta nos tocó pagar en efectivo nuevamente. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la aplicación y al llegar a restaurante nos indicaron que debíamos pagar el desayuno. Pésima organización de parte del gerente o propietario. Al final del día nos dijeron que ese no era el establecimiento que reservamos, que justo tenia su nombre, su foto y su ubicación pero que no eran ellos. Nada recomendable, ni por el bajo costo."
