"Al llegar, la reserva no estaba realizada, pese a que se canceló con tarjeta nos tocó pagar en efectivo nuevamente. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la aplicación y al llegar a restaurante nos indicaron que debíamos pagar el desayuno.
Pésima organización de parte del gerente o propietario.
Al final del día nos dijeron que ese no era el establecimiento que reservamos, que justo tenia su nombre, su foto y su ubicación pero que no eran ellos.
Nada recomendable, ni por el bajo costo."

"I was just there for one night. I didn't have to wait long for the shuttle from the airport. Upon arriving a porter helped me with my bags and brought me a warm tea-like drink and cookie from cart set up by the front desk. The front desk person was friendly and efficient. Room seemed clean. Bed was comfy."
"This hotel is located in a very nice and modern area of Quito, close to many restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are spacious with views of the mountains surrounding the city. Also, little hidden gem is the Epicur restaurant tied to the hotel, which offers really delicious food."
