Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I’m giving this hotel 2 stars mainly because of the cleanliness and the overall condition of both the hotel and the room, which felt quite run-down and in need of maintenance. On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location is definitely a strong point. However, considering the price we paid (over €100 per night, almost 500 MYR), I don’t feel it offers good value for money. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Vi var dessverre ikke særlig imponert over oppholdet vårt. For det første var hotellet dårlig rengjort. Det var mugg på badet, og gulvet var konstant vått. Servicen var også skuffende. De ansatte fremsto lite imøtekommende og lite serviceinnstilte. Vi fikk verken vann på rommet eller tilgang til WiFi under oppholdet, og vi måtte bære bagasjen til og fra rommet selv. I tillegg observerte vi rotter inne på hotellområdet. Vi var også vitne til at en hotellgjest var svært nær ved å få en kokosnøtt i hodet, noe som ga et dårlig inntrykk av sikkerheten på området. Med tanke på prisen vi betalte per natt, levde oppholdet ikke opp til forventningene. Vi ville dessverre ikke valgt å bo her igjen.
